Customer Personas

Some customers are only with us only for a short time, then graduate to new new phase of their lives. Often there's a lasting impact to the customer relationship, even after they move on. Knowing how your customers evolve over time can reveal the many reasons why they chose your solution initially. Developing customer archetypes, also called personas, is a way to get inside the head of your audience by looking at how your solution fits within their lifestyle, now and in the future.
